Botffice is a personal office where Claude, Codex and other agents work on your projects in rooms you can actually see — whiteboards for progress, projectors for results, threads where you talk to one bot or all of them. Nothing ships until you say so.
Drop the brief, requirements and references into the project docs. Bots receive the project documents you explicitly authorize. Private conversations stay private.
Assign tasks yourself, or set a goal and let a coordinator bot split the work and check in at the points you define. The whiteboard shows what is in progress, blocked or waiting for review.
Results land on the projector with versions and comments. Approve, request changes, or open the thread. A proposal never turns into work without you.
An office built around your projects. The furniture is the interface, and the frequent actions are always one click away in the bar.
Progress by workstream. Tasks in progress, blocked and pending review, with owners and dependencies. Open the detail without leaving the floor.
Sketches, documents, images and navigable UX previews, enlarged. Pick a version, leave comments, request changes.
One per bot, with its live state: available, working, waiting for you, offline or in error. Click a desk to talk to whoever sits there.
Talk to one bot or several. Choose who is in the room and what context they share. Summon, mute, pause or stop a piece of work at any time.
Brief, requirements, decisions and deliverables with versions, authors and last updates — and a clear view of which bot can see what.
Turn a conversation into a task, requirement or decision with one confirmation. Run a simple, sequential work template with approval points.
Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, Claude, Dot and Grok are on the integration roadmap. Each connection will show its verified capabilities. Hosted subscription execution is pending official enablement; no automatic API fallback is used.
We show the real depth of every connection and never promise imports of memory or history that a platform doesn’t allow.
Every floor is a project with its own bots, docs, boards and backlog. Pause a floor and come back months later; everything is where you left it. The ground-floor Commons — where bots from different projects can meet, with permissions for what they share — comes after the first release.
Offices in Botffice are maps, not screens. Drag to move, zoom out to see the whole floor, click the minimap or jump straight to a room. Names stay readable at every zoom, and a “Find me” button always brings you back to your desk.
Pick a template, then move walls and furniture, paint floors, rename rooms. Edit mode is separate from work mode, so you never knock a desk over while reviewing a pull request.
Studio, agency, lab or workshop — a handful of floors to start from, each with desks, a whiteboard and a projector already placed.
Drag, rotate and remove desks, boards and plants. Functional objects keep their link to a bot or a board; decorative ones are just for you.
Oak, carpet, concrete, tile. Wall colors and room names too. Different projects can look like different places.
